Description of the Bird

The bird flew into the shrubbery from the South to the North over my left shoulder.  I observed the bird foraging among low branches at the top of the eastern river bank (South Platte River) just downstream of the lowhead dam South of 104th Avenue in Thornton.  In addition to foraging activity, the bird also rested near the outer edges of higher branches in the adjacent tree (sorry, I didn't think about identifying the tree species).  The bird flew back towards the South along the river bank.
