Description of the Bird

a large white bird. has been seen in the University Park neighborhood for the last year. Large wing span...up to 4'. all white. dark beak. looks very very similar to albino red tail hawk I googled
Behaviors: I viewed diff large birds: eagle, falcon, hawk. This bird most resembled albino red tail hawk pics. stays up high, usually on top of the pine trees.
Call: don't know
