Description of the Bird

Black triangle on chest, spotted wings. Bright red or orange under wings. Long slender beak. No mustache or mask. 10 to 12 in. long.
Behaviors: Solitary in dead tree top. Sat quite for a while, then flew to field across the way and onto the ground out of site.
Call: ki ki ki ki
