Description of the Bird

I read about this bird on cobirds and went to see it.
After nearly 11 years I remember nothing more than that I agreed with the identification of Pomarine Jaeger.
I made no written records and my digiscoped photos must serve as my memory.

Similar Species Discussion

The other jaegers were considered. The plumage eliminated Long-tailed
Other observers had determined that it was Pomarine and when I saw it I agreed.
But I no longer remember details of how I elimintated Parasitic.

Resources Used

Reports on cobirds. Sibley, maybe other books.
It was 10+ years ago.

Previous Experience

This was the first time I had seen this species.
I had seen Parasitic Jaeger before in Alaska and New Zealand.

2) No specific coordinates are available but the location is mappable.
3) A generic location with no specific coordinates is mapped to the center of the reported county.
