Description of the Bird
A vireo, very yellow, no eye ring, light wing bars. See photo. Rare bird in Pueblo County, not rare in Colorado.

Philadelphia Vireo - black through eyes.
White-eyed Vireo - eyering
Previous Experience
I've seen Bell's Vireo mostly on the far eastern plains of Colorado. I've seen one other one in Pueblo County, along time ago.
