Description of the Bird
This is CBRC Record # 56 96 97.
Submitted in order to provide photographs.
I received a call from a man in San Diego, who said he was en route to Korea to teach, but that his parents had had a Pyrrhuloxia coming to their feeder in Hall Valley for most of the summer. Urling & I went up there (date not certain -- CFO Journal (31:72) reports it present starting Aug. 1) (time not certain because I can't locate any notes about the observation).
After confirming the ID, we notified the birding community.
I don't know why I didn't submit a report at the time.
Similar Species Discussion
Nothing similar except perhaps Northern CArdinal. See photographs.

2) No specific coordinates are available but the location is mappable.
3) A generic location with no specific coordinates is mapped to the center of the reported county.
